• Before your equipment is serviced our technicians are trained to ask you comfort questions so that we can better assess how well your equipment has been functioning. Every person has a different need for personal comfort and health and the Schindler family won’t stop until your home environment is what you intended it to be.
• In the Spring our licensed and trained specialists clean and check over your coils, check refrigerant, filters, drain, test the amps, lubricate all working parts like motors, and check your thermostats to be certain they are telling the air conditioner what you want them to.
• In the Fall our technicians will clean and inspect your heat exchanger, burners, lubricate all working parts, check gas pressures, venting and chimneys, filters and again your thermostat.
